How do I contact you?
For merchandise orders, below is a contact form. You can fill this out with your name, email, subject, and description. We will get back to you as quickly as we can.

What form of payment do you accept?
We currently accept all major card types, as well as PayPal. All prices are listed in US Dollars.
Is it safe to enter my payment information?
Our store utilizes Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) checkout. Those are fancy words that mean your data is encrypted, A.K.A. protected, as it travels through the internet. SSL is the standard technology that keeps an internet connection secure and protects sensitive data, such as personal information, as it is sent between two systems. This prevents anyone from seeing or modifying any information being transferred.
Where do you ship & how much is shipping?
We currently only ship to the United States. We plan to open up to international shipping shortly in the future.
Shipping prices are based on the size of an order. Smaller and flatter items are shipped out in standard letter envelopes with a stamp. Larger and rigid items are shipped out in bubble mailers.
When will my order be shipped and arrive?
Orders are shipped within 1-3 days from when the order was placed. Shipping is through US Mail (USPS) and usually takes between 7-10 business days to arrive. Please note that during the holiday season or high-traffic periods, shipping may take longer.
If your shipping address is local, your package will be hand delivered and will arrive within 1-2 days from when the order was placed.
How do I change my address or cancel an order?
Fill out the contact form below immediately. Orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible, and therefore we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to change an address or cancel your order once an order is placed.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
At this time we do not. If there is a problem with your order, please fill out the contact form below and we will make it right.
How long will it take an out-of-stock item to come back in stock?
We are unable to give exact restock dates, but we will update our social media pages if an out-of-stock item is back in stock. Our social media pages can be found through the icons at the bottom of this page.
